Atlanten Disc Golf Park
In Folkeparken in Kristiansund we have two courses side by side: the main course, a challenging 18-hole course, and Grautbanen, a shorter 9-hole course that is great for beginners and warming up.

A short and varied 9-hole course, great for beginners or as a warm-up before the main course. The walk between the courses is about 400 metres.
Course etiquette
Rules on the course
Disc golf is for everyone, and everyone has an equal right to play. Be considerate so the game stays enjoyable for all.
- Never throw if you might hit someone, or you cannot see the whole area you are throwing into.
- Do not start a hole until the players ahead of you have finished. Discs landing behind you while you concentrate on a putt is very stressful.
- Always stand behind players who are about to throw. Be considerate by staying quiet and still while they throw.
- Let groups play through if they repeatedly end up waiting behind you.
- Never litter in the park. There are plenty of rubbish bins — use them!
- Share the park with all other users, and familiarise yourself with course etiquette.
